Review: Catching Fire by Suzanne Collins

Hunger Games Trilogy #2

[ftc notice: i borrowed this book from Amazon Prime as part of my membership. i was not compensated in any way for my review.]

previously, The Hunger Games.

Lisa is a gamer, crafter, fangirl, mother, wife and unabashed nerd who is pretty ridiculous and it's best you know that up front. When she's not binge watching Netflix or crafting into the wee hours of the night, you can find her spending a lot of her time on Pinterest and Twitter.

  1. i love the hunger games trilogy, but i have to agree that they are sometimes frustration. mockingjay is EXTREMELY frustrating and sad and depressing, but i absolutely love every one. can't wait to see what you think of mockingjay :)

  3. Although, I loved Catching Fire better than the first book, I can see what you mean about Katniss being a sort of difficult character to engage with. She's usually overly reluctant to take action, but she does when forced. That may be why some people have trouble with her. Just a thought.

Great review! You have a great presence on camera.
