Rewind and Review: May

HEY GUYS.

It's Rewind & Review time! Hosted by myself and Ginger at Greads!

Here's the deal with the video. My computer kept crashing and so some parts are wonky.
Other parts are wonky because I am a weirdo.
Watch at your own risk.
If you are still my friend after watching this,
we are in it for the long haul.

Help me decide what to read for May!
Your choices are:

  1. So, I love you. Don't ever stop with your vlogs. PLEASE.

And WOOT-WOOT for Anna and the French Kiss and The Iron Daughter. LOVED those bad boys, for serious. So glad to hear you've read them and loved them! And I have to say my votes for this one would be The Strange Case of Origami Yoda because that's Weirdness and Shizz, The Kneebone Boy because HOLLA BACK at those illustrations - I effing love the guy/girl who does them for Potter's books, bro, and Endless Summer. This slightly advantageous on my part because I only read Boys Next Door and wanna know more about Endless Summer, so I want some insight! :-D

  2. ENDLESS SUMMER!!!!! you know my vote on this one. However I just got Sweethearts recently & I'm thinking this needs to be my pick for May's Rewind & Review.

P.S. Can't watch the vid at work, but plan to experience All Hands & Awkward Faces TONIGHT.

  3. Oh my goodness, I have not read Anna and the French Kiss yet, lol! and I have Lola sitting there too, eeek!
I just read The One That I Want by Jennifer Echols, very cute, love her books! but The Strange Case of Origami Yoda sounds so good! I've seen it around but never picked it up - I think I'm going to now! My boys would probably enjoy it too ;)

Good luck with your rewind reads! Enjoy :)

  4. This is a very unproductive comment, as I cannot watch your vid at work. HOWEVER, your hair is very pretty. That's all.

  5. I'm so jealous you read The Iron Daughter, I really need to get my hands on it! I'm voting for Sweethearts, and Endless Summer! I haven't read either of them but I've been wanting to for awhile! You can check out my May TBR with out even realizing all of the books I picked this month are 2010 and older I'm pretty sure so I'll be reading quite a few Rewind & Review books for the next few months!

  8. I'm fairly certain you'll adore The Kneebone Boy. It's subtly creepy like The Humming Room was and a little weird, but really good :]

  9. Endless Summer is definitely good, but you should DEFINITELY read some of Jennifer Echols' romantic dramas. I think they're a teensy bit better. Sweethearts is good too, but don't let the title and the heart-shaped cookie on the cover fool you! It's not really cutesy. Still AWESOME, though. And I haven't read Kneebone Boy, but I HAVE read The Humming Room, and I thought it was FAB. I bet her other books are good, too!
Can't wait to see what you choose! <3

  10. Bat Man!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :) Don't know much about any of these, except you can't go wrong with Jennifer Echols! So my pick is Endless Summer. & then STAR WARS related one! :)D And I've read one Sara Zarr book and LOVED it! So, that one too.

Also, May the forth be with you!

  11. I've heard such great things about Sweethearts by Sara Zarr so I vote for that one! I'm also glad that you loved Anna - otherwise, I don't think we could be friends. :)

  12. Read them all!
I just love you for the shirt.

Someday, let's meet up IRL. You wear the shirt. I'll wear my Batman belt. We'll go watch The Knife on the bigscreen and grab some dinner that consists of something cheesy and delicious. Also maybe some Starbucks. And we'll discuss what it was that you actually decided to read on THIS HERE R&R.

    Deal?
