Lisa is a gamer, crafter, fangirl, mother, wife and unabashed nerd who is pretty ridiculous and it's best you know that up front. When she's not binge watching Netflix or crafting into the wee hours of the night, you can find her spending a lot of her time on Pinterest and
Twitter.
Sometimes I wish I could go back & experience The Sky is Everywhere again for the first time. Such an amazing book!! You read quite a few good ones this year ;) Happy New Year, Lisa xo.
I have only read Siege and Storm! I have been wanting to read The Sky is Everywhere for a LONG time! I always go back and forth on The Fault in Our Stars... no joke... I bought it twice and returned it twice. haha I'm a chicken. Someday, maybe.
I am dying right now! Your list has so many of my all time favorite reads :) The Sky is Everywhere, The Song of Achilles and The Scorpio Races have all been on my fave books of the year lists before, I think. I'm SO glad you read Achilles - not enough people have, and it is phenomenal.
I never get tired of seeing Harry Potter love. It's probably my favorite series. The Lunar Chronicles, and the Scorpio Races are my list, too. I listened to SR, and wow, the narrators were fantastic. I cannot wait to get my hands on Cress!
Great picks! I love so many of the books on your list! I'm kind of jealous you got to read all of those in the same year :) I really need to read the Shadow and Bone books sometime. Maybe once they're all out.
The Sky is Everywhere was one of my favorite 2012 reads and if I didn't have 10 books I loved from 2013 I would have totally tried to sneak it into my list. SO GOOD! Happy almost-2014!
I still need to read The Sky Is Everywhere, His Fair Assassin, and Siege and Storm. However, I seriously adored The Scorpio Races and The Fault In Our Stars, so good choices there. Hope 2014 is another great reading year for you!
Great list. You've got some really amazing books on your list. I read The Sky Is Everywhere in 2012 and I absolutely loved it, such a beautiful book! Happy New Year :) My TTT.
I just read The Sky is Everywhere for the first time this year, too. It's AMAZING. Love TFIOS, Harry Potter, Frankie Landau-Banks, and Cinder, too! (Actually just finished Cinder today.)
I love the graphics you made for this post, and the fact that you chose your favorite quotes to include too! That quote from Dark Triumph has convinced me that I MUST read the His Fair Assassin trilogy this year. I'm pretty sure you'd approve :)
