This month Lisa asked for a light, fun stand alone. THIS IS WHAT HAPPY LOOKS LIKE by Jennifer E. Smith is kind of the obvious choice. I'm a little nervous about this pick since most people I know seem to like THE STATISTICAL PROBABILITY OF LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT better than TiWHLL, but, of the two, I think TiWHLL fits what Lisa is looking for better. (Also, I happen to like TiWHLL best of the two.) So, basically, I'm taking a gamble here and I HOPE it pays off in the form of a Truly Epic Rec.

I liked Statistical Probability better, BUT I loved This Is What Happy Looks Like too. Both books are awesome. ALSO YAY WANDERLOVE!
ReplyDeleteI generally just love Jennifer E. Smith's books, period. While This is What Happy Looks Like is not my favorite, it's seriously super cute and perfect for summer. (Also, I second April - YAY FOR RECOMMENDING WANDERLOVE!)
